Save Veronica Mars!!!

Gilmore Girls may be over, but that doesn’t mean we have to give up on our other favorite gal, Veronica Mars! Last week, fans of the canceled Jericho sent network executives tons (literally) of peanuts in an effort to save the show. Guess what? It WORKED - the show will be back for at least eight episodes. This fired up Veronica Mars fans and the Bars for Mars campaign is currently underway to send the CW execs pallets of Mars Bars, Snickers Almond Bars (which replaced Mars in the US) and marshmallows. Tomorrow, June 12, campaign organizers are asking fans to purchase the last episode of Veronica Mars “The Bitch is Back” on iTunes. To find out how you can help, visit these sites:

    Not to burst the bubble but I think the VM producers have said they are done with the show, no matter what happens with the campaign. Sad but true.

    Yeah, I know. It’s done. But the movie might still happen. Rob Thomas has said he would be all for a movie. Hopefully that’ll work out.
