Rory gets the honor to tour some possible new recruits for college, only problem is her current girl doesn’t seem interested in the school. She’s only wanting to meet boys, have sex and go to parties. Rory is showing her a book and sniffing it when Logan walks up, “Were you just sniffing that book?” Of course being Logan he gives her a hard time and then walks off.

Rory walks into the local hang out and goes to get coffee for her and Anna when Marty walks up. Anna immediately begins chatting it up with a group of guys which invite her to a party. Rory breaks up the class.

The next day in class, a guy walks in and starts confessing his love for Rory. The next one is Logan and they begin to fight over her, finally a police officer walks in and they put on a whole show for the class, of course it’s at Rory’s expense. Everyone else is left clapping, except Rory.

Anna can’t shut up about the play fight that was displayed during class. Rory is upset as the girl is just looking at college as a wild place and not an educational place. That’s when Doyle and Paris walks in with only robes on, quickly Rory grabs her and takes off for dinner. Logan joins in and Rory tries getting Anna to go get more ice cream. Rory lays into Logan and calls him a bunch of life.

Lorelai drives up to see Luke arguing with an old lady. He gets upset and say “Hual it off and throw it away.” He’s upset that the old woman is moving away and his boat needs to find a new place to store it. Lorelai convinces him to go back to the Diner and stay away from the old lady, she tries joking with him before he gets out but he isn’t in the mood. He lets her know that it is his father’s anniversary of his death. Luke tells her that he normally gets very mood at this time of the year and not to be shocked by it, she’s the first person he’s ever told.

Lorelai decides that she is going to put Luke’s boat in her garage, but she tries hiding it with brush. Later Rory calls her to tell her Anna is missing. Luke is outside her house and tells her he got hurt by all her machines sitting outside. On his way out he realizes that her garage door is open and heads to fix it, but spots his boat inside. He gets pissed, she explains she thought he might regret it. He yells at her and makes her feel really small before he leaves. The headmaster calls Rory to let him know that Anna has been found, she was at a rally and got arrested and sent back home.

Paris decides it is time to get back out into the world and goes to a speed-dating session. Only problem is she decides this is not from her. Quickly she dings people she doesn’t like and lays into some, that is until she sees Doyle. When she is dung, she tells the next girl to go on, he’s taken. Paris later has her psychiatrist on speakerphone talking with Doyle.
