Iowa might lose The CW

Trouble is brewing for Dish Network subscribers in Iowa. California-based Pappas Telecasting, which owns broadcast networks, will not let Dish carry its networks after today. The dispute afffects 15 stations in Iowa, Houston, LA and San Francisco. Pappas owns a local CW affiliate in Iowa and if the dispute isn’t settled, Gilmore Girls, Smallville, One Tree Hill and other CW shows might be gone for Dish subscribers in a few areas.
