A Gilmore Girl Remake?

Amy Sherman-Palladino, the creator of “Gilmore Girls” tried her hands at another sitcome, but like Gilmore Girls it came to an end. No, this isn’t our beloved Gilmore Girls but my guess is if it is anything like the writing she’s done in the past, we will surely love it. Her new project is “The Return of Jezebel James,” but many fans will probably not get to watch the show as it didn’t get enough ratings to keep it going. Some say it was the storyline behind it, others stated it was just timing and that it wasn’t Lauren Graham.

The Return of Jezebel James had the same taste of the classic GG, but it’s only half hour sitcom. Sarah Parker, played by Parker Posey, is a publisher that writes children’s books but is wanting to have a child but doctors have already told her that she can’t carry a baby. When she is told no, she insists no isn’t an answer and she’ll do whatever it takes to give birth naturally. That is when she’s told there are other options she doesn’t think she’s the adoption type and starts thinking other things like that. Adoption is definitely out of the question for Sarah.

Coco, is Sarah’s rebellious sister and always getting into some sort of issue that Sarah needs to help out with. While Sarah may sound very much like Lorelai, she is not. She is funny and quick with the jokes, but will the show hold out.
