The cast of The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 showed up at the premiere in New York yesterday. For those that don’t know the foursome above are in orange is Blake Lively from Gossip Girls, Alexis Bledel from Gilmore Girls, America Ferrera from Ugly Betty and Amber Tamblyn. (no clue if she is currently in anything). I’m guessing only America saw the camera pointed at them. Don’t these girls look gorgeous?

In the picture above you have Sanaa Harmi, Blake Lively, Alexis Bledel, America Ferrera and Amber Tamblyn. Each one has their arm drapped around the one next to them. I bet they had a ton of fun filming this movie.

Alexis Bledel was joined by two co-stars Amber Tamblyn and America Ferrera from Ugly Betty. I’m so happy to see that America was able to attend, she currently been filming scenes for Ugly Betty down in New York City. Don’t they look great?

Alexis Bledel looked smoking hot in her one shoulder draped black dress she wore at the Sisterhood of Traveling Pants 2 Premiere last night. Were you able to catch it on television? If not don’t worry, I’ll update all day with the newest pictures I can find.

Alexis Bledel is currently set to begin filming for “A Good Guy” and her character Beth is actually the one that finds love. This romantic comedy will keep you laughing and is a great entertainment to watch.

Scott Porter from “Friday Night Lights” plays Tommy, aka Beth’s love interest. He’s in the fast lane on Wall Street but what will happen when his new mentor begins to like her too. Uh oh, this can only spell trouble for Tommy and Beth. Beth’s best friend in the movie is very unlucky but you will all know her as the little girl that played in My Girl, Anna Chlumsky.

The film will be shot in New York and expected to hit theaters in 2009. Sounds like a hopeless romantic for me.

Alexis is best known for her bit as Rory from Gilmore Girls, but she will be heavily promoting her new movie, “Sisterhood of Traveling Pants 2″ later this week.
