Tonight’s Episode

I can’t wait for tonight’s episode! It looks fantastic! The 3 Gilmore Girls road trippin’?? I don’t think it gets any better than that for us hardcore longtime fans. It looks very fun. No worries, this is just the promo we saw after last week’s episode. Enjoy!

Online Petition

Some fans of Gilmore Girls are joining together to petition for an eighth season of the show. It is widely known that the future of the show rests in the hands of Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel as their contracts are up at the end of this season. It has been reported that Alexis wants to move on, but Lauren is open to staying on another year. It may come down to Lauren choosing to stay and having Alexis pop in for sweeps. I don’t know if this is a good idea or not. As much as I love the show, the two of them are the core of it, but if written well, it might work. In the next few months there will be all kinds of rumors floating around. I’ll do my best to keep you up to date on all of them. If you’re interested in the Great 8 Mandate check it out here.

Liz Torres

Are any of you Ugly Betty Fans?? If so, I don’t think I mentioned that Liz Torres (Miss Patty on Gilmore Girls) is Wilhemenia’s maid on Betty. She had a great little part a few weeks ago. Here’s hoping she’ll be back on that show more this season!

What’s coming next

According to Ausiello at TV Guide, April will be a big month for Gilmore Girls:

Mark your calendar for Apr. 17* (*tentative airdate), ’cause that’s when a pretty major turning point occurs in the Luke and Lorelai saga. Based on my e-mail bag, it’s an event many of you have been anxiously waiting for all season long. And if you wanna know what it is, check out the premiere of my new TVGuide.com vodcast (i.e., online video show) tomorrow! Sorry, but a guy’s gotta cross-promote where he can.
